Sole office administrator of the Central Distribution Center Warehouse, that ships 500 - 800 small parcel and less than truckload shipments daily to domestic and overseas accounts. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation and submission of required export documentation for outbound overseas shipments, inspect the parcels to ensure content accuracy prior to sealing and shipping the containers, serve as a liaison between our company customer service order entry personnel, freight forwarders and carriers and the customer to facilitate timely pickup and transport.Receive and process routine and defective goods / warranty claims , submit claims to the vendor for return of their defective product for their review regarding the validity of the claim and follow up and record all information to ensure credit is given both to the customer and Trivantage.File claims with small parcel and LTL common carriers for lost and damaged product, record and maintain all information including the final resolution on the freight claim tracker .Make changes to customer orders due to requested carrier changes, quantity shortfalls, address corrections.Work directly with the warehouse inventory control clerk to perform cycle counts, missing goods, incorrect product investigation and resolution.Submit requisitions to vendors for packaging, shipping, break room , toiletries and office supplies.File general paperwork hard copies including bills of lading, vendor packing lists, claim submission forms, export documentation, returns and will call paperwork.Operating systems used include IBM Sterling WMS , IBM Sterling OMS and IBM Call Center for Commerce. Use Excel to create export documents and run reports regarding sales history specific to customer purchases, products and returns.Created and implemented audit program to ensure accuracy, identify vendor issues in relation to quality and processes.

Created and submitted vendor purchase orders and branch replenishment transfer orders for eight company locations including the central distribution center using planning and forecasting software consisting of master scheduling , multi echelon inventory planning, forecasting and dynamic reporting for our catalog that contains over eight thousand different items.Placed drop ship purchase orders with vendors for direct shipment to customers for non standard itemsCoordinated with overseas vendors on expected delivery times of containers to ensure product availability and avoid stock outages.Worked with vendors to ensure we were in line with our competitors in regards to product availability, and pricing.

Responsible for forecasting and purchase order submission, both to the Trivantage purchasing department as well as directly to vendors, for branch inventory needs for customer order fulfillment using A+ dual WMS / OMS forecasting software. Consistently placed first out of eleven total branches in order fulfillment efficiency percentage rankings, served as a consultant with other locations to help review and refine processes to increase their fulfillment percentage. Performed monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
