Leveraging our strong industry connections, we help students secure meaningful and sustainable employment, setting a high standard for innovation in vocational education.As Business Manager, my role centers on onboarding and supporting both new and existing clients, fostering effective partnerships that deliver impactful results for both clients and students. I work closely with industry partners to assess training needs, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure that our programs align with evolving educational and employment sector demands. In January 2014, following my relocation to the NSW Central Coast, I took on the role of Operations Coordinator for the online education department at the organization’s head office. My role focused on the department’s growth and development, including sourcing and implementing a new Learning Management System (LMS). As demand grew, I established new roles within the team and recruited skilled candidates to support the expansion.The department soon broadened its reach to serve both the fee-for-service market with diploma programs and the Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services sectors with certificate programs. As we expanded nationwide, we developed dedicated sub-departments for training, assessment, student support, and administration. In this role, I contributed to policy development for student support, assessment, and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to elevate our standards as an online education provider. I also coordinated product marketing and managed cross-functional teams across multiple states to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery.

Following the transition from the Australian Apprenticeship Access Program to a new strategic focus on online learning and expanding traineeship programs, my role shifted into marketing. In this role, I developed and executed campaigns to support our growing online education division, focusing on social media engagement, lead generation, graphic design, and marketing collateral. I managed lead nurturing and engaged directly in the enrolment process to build relationships with prospective students.As enrolments grew and the department expanded, my responsibilities evolved from marketing into broader operational involvement, supporting the overall student journey. This growth led to my transition into a management role for the online education department, a move that took me to our head office on the NSW Central Coast, where I started in January 2014.

My journey into the vocational education sector began with the Australian Apprenticeship Access Program, a federally funded initiative aimed at equipping job seekers with pre-vocational training and guiding them toward further training, mentorship, and employment opportunities. In this role, I had the privilege of assisting over 130 candidates in building their skills and confidence to secure meaningful employment. Delivering programs across regional NSW, including Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, Orange, Port Stephens, and Port Macquarie, we successfully placed 90% of graduates in employment or traineeships, thanks to our close alignment with a major retail employer.The program's impact is still visible today, with many graduates advancing into higher-level roles, such as Store and Regional Management, within our industry partner’s organizations. After the program concluded in 2014 due to federal budget changes, my role evolved into a marketing position at Five Star College, where I continued to support and promote impactful training opportunities

As the exclusive master franchise for Domino’s in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Monaco, DPE operates over 1,900 stores across these regions.In my operational role, I was responsible for overseeing a range of operational and leadership functions, including staff management, high-level customer engagement, and local marketing strategy development. I handled stock control and inventory management, staff training, coaching, and performance management, as well as food preparation and ensuring Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) compliance. My focus was on creating a positive work environment that fostered staff development and delivering a quality customer experience.
