I developed a great interest in Nutritional Biochemistry, which led to my research on the Ketogenic Diet, and its benefits.After graduating in 2017, further research centered around the ketogenic diet and its relation to weight loss.In respect to this, I created the Ketogenic Wellness group on Facebook in 2018 with the sole purpose of providing information about this new way of eating. So far, it has over 15,000 and still growing. With continued research, I incorporated Intermittent Fasting into the Ketogenic Diet for better results and created my first weight loss program for women in 2018, which was enormously successful. Currently, over 1000 women have benefited from this program.
