While I've been doing this job for a while, I've just been given the formal title. I have two illustrators working under me on projects and a couple of freelancers doing animations as well. I ensure that an overall vision is being met whether it's mine, Greg's, or a client's. I maintain time lines as I've been doing and closely monitor project status, consistency, and quality. And somewhere in all of that I still get to draw!

Created game assets for over 100 Flash games for a game portal run by my company. Copy writing, ad banners, web layouts, promotional materials were also part of my job. Worked closely with an animator and a programmer to create game concepts and assets that would be easily transferred to a finished product. Light Flash action scripting necessary for swapping graphics in occasional game re-skins.This company split off into my current employer Plow Digital in December of 2009.
