· Instructed class of 41 undergraduates on the fundamentals of Excel (Pivot Charts, What-If analysis, formulas, and functions)

· Built a Customer Relationship Management software to evaluate the Carson Center for Student Success in order to improve operational efficiently· Create a welcoming environment for all incoming business students that encourages academic and social growth· Responsible for student mentees in the Carson EDGE program and their academic success WSU
