Department lead for application hosting at NJVC's CTI-W facilities. Responsible for a team that supports various servers that run Microsoft SQL and Mongo databases, system management tools, help desk services, Microsoft Exchange servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft SharePoint.

Was responsible for leading a team that maintained the 130AW base information technology support. This included both servers, server applications, and the network infrastructure.

Provide support for customers who use Microsoft Exchange. This includes providing disaster recovery assistance, installation and configuration of Exchange. Provide help for the various components of Exchange that interface with Active Directory, such as the recipient update services, and directory lookups. In addition, aid in mailbox and public folders.

Developed Oracle 10G application to handle IP management across three separate domains. It linked IP address space to different systems, departments, and operating segments. Developed detailed engineering documents on systems that had been previously installed by another contractor without any documentation.

Worked with a team of 5 specialists, that evaluated AF networks, and provided recommendations on improvement of performance and security. Responsibility on the team was the evaluation of the bases Exchange e-mail systems.
