The movement and installation of equipment and training of new staff was so successful and seamless that it was described by our customers and head of UK business "to be as though the department had not moved at all, there was no falter in the workflow whatsoever".Prior to that, was part of Medtronic's Spinal loaner pool division, with the specific role of maintaining, shipping and sterilizing surgical equipment, used by hospitals, for spinal operations in the UK and Ireland.Whilst there, helped create new working practices; to improve communication between various departments, to give clear indication of staff’s roles and to improve productivity. These changes in processes cut communication response times by over 50% and improved production productivity by more 10%. Also, whilst part of Medtronic's Spinal loaner pool division, achieved 100% during an independent audit inspection, which investigated the processes of working and documentation. No areas were highlighted for improvement. -
