CurrentThe head of Levett Consultancy Limited’s Project Management Office (PMO), delivering IT solutions projects, for education institutes, across the UK. Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, providing updates to stakeholders on status, changes and risks.• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including scopes, schedules, plans and reports.• Managed project resources, both internally and externally, to ensure efficient and effective execution of project tasks.• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure successful and timely completion.• Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies as needed.• Escalate issues to appropriate channels as needed, keeping all relevant parties updated on developments.• Generate post-project reports documenting lessons learned and best practices for future reference.Key AchievementsSuccessfully delivered a number of IT solutions Projects, the largest being updating refurbishing three schools' wireless connectivity across Suffolk, over the spring of 2024.
