As a Workshop Controller at CMI Toyota, I am committed to continuous improvement and integrating technology into the workplace to ensure better outcomes for everyone. I have obtained two AWS certifications that demonstrate my knowledge and skills in cloud computing and data center operations, which I apply to optimize the efficiency and quality of our workshop processes and services.I am also proud to be part of the winning team for Toyota Australia’s “Toyota Way in Action” Team Based Problem Solving in 2022, a project that increased the overall satisfaction with our department by 35%. Additionally, I am actively studying at 42 Adelaide, a school that offers world-class education in a peer learning environment, where I am developing my written communication, research, and knowledge acquisition skills. My goal is to embrace technology and innovation to drive excellence and empowerment in the automotive industry.
