Design and development of backend software systems providing integration functionality between in-house and third party platforms.

Primarily served as an independent contractor for Herring Bancorp. During my tenure, I performed duties across the software development lifecycle in a number of languages and platforms including Java, Node.JS, Typescript, C#, and Visual Basic.NET.Additionally, I was tasked with the migration of a large number of legacy Java services to modern platforms utilizing technologies such as Spring Boot and Docker.

I was responsible for many tasks at Financial Payments, including the design and development of new systems along with new features for existing systems in programming languages such as Java, C#, Visual Basic.NET, and Ruby. In addition to software design and development, I was responsible for other tasks such as database management for SQL Server and other one-off tasks such as the migration of source code repositories from SVN to Bitbucket.

As a Senior Java Developer, I performed multiple duties as a member of the Core Product Development team at Fiserv OnDemand, the ESB Development team, and the Architecture Review Board.
