I have over 30 years of experience helping leaders analyze their business and acquire skills needed for success in a global business environment.My experience as Board Member and CEO of Keystone Group and founding and leading a global training and consulting company, The Warner Consulting Group, Inc., as Vistage Private Advisory Board CEO Group Chair, and as Managing Director of Korn Ferry China’s Leadership and Talent Consulting provided me with the opportunity to work with Country Directors of Fortune 500 companies. Through this work I gained insights into how to deal with global business issues. The insights gained, my cross-cultural experience, and my understanding of global business practices enable me to support my clients to achieve personal, business and financial success.I am a published author on leadership, adjunct professor and sought-after speaker. My education includes an PhD in Human Development from the University of Minnesota, a leading institution in the application of Psychology to business leadership. I continue to conduct comparative research on Eastern and Western leadership practices.
