Relaunched The Warner Consulting Group, Inc in the US and launched on office in Shanghai China. The Warner Consulting Group, Inc. focuses on Executive Coaching and helping top leadership teams align around their business strategy. WCG is the China distributor of the DSI Profilor and Creatrix Innovation assessments. The leaders I coach are typically the Chief Executive or functional leaders of Western companies operating in China. I also work with Chinese company leaders who are extending their company's reach outside of China to Western countries. I have helped leaders be successful as they improve their ability to lead in a cross-cultural setting.

As Chair, Vistage CEO Private Advisory Board, I work with a group of 16 Chief Executive Officers of companies who seek to leverage the China One Belt, One Road initiative. Some of these CEOs lead Western companies and are growing their business in China. Others are CEOs of Chinese companies that are expanding beyond the borders of China. My role is to create safe and accountable environment where these CEOs can come together to gain fresh perspectives, solve problems, focus on opportunities and possibilities, and make decisions that accelerate the growth of their business.
