Starting in the Operations team as Regional Manager, I was responsible for 40 franchises in Wales, the North of England and Scotland. I then created the drainage protocol team to develop business within the niche segment of the insurance and local authority market.

Originally responsible for surveying and assessing domestic drainage systems, I progressed to managing a team of 6 technical claims handlers, liaising with policyholders and all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient processing of drainage claims.

I managed a team of 15 personal incident managers, providing all technical information required for the efficient processing of domestic household claims, in addition to managing and driving team performance.
