I started my career in and around the Eastern Goldfields after completing my honours degree in 2009. I was initially at Gold Fields St Ives, firstly in a graduate exploration geologist role before moving to an underground geologist position at the Argo deposit. After Gold Fields I began working for Phoenix Gold in an exploration geology role before taking up a technical position within the company, which also included undertaking a PhD at the Centre for Exploration Targeting at UWA. My project looked at the 4D lithostratigraphic, structural and fluid evolution of the Kunanalling-Zulieka corridor in the Kalgoorlie Terrane of the Yilgarn Craton. I worked at CSIRO during 2016, in the Mineral and Hydrothermal Geochemistry team, and worked on the MRIWA 452 Project with Evolution and Northern Star looking at mapping the geochemical footprints of gold systems from the deposit to camp scale.Following my time at CSIRO I began working with Echo Resources as the Exploration Manager. Echo undertook aggresive exploration, in the northern Yandal Belt, to find the next million ounce deposit while also increasing the resource base with a view to becoming the next WA gold producer. We successfully increased Echo's resource base from 350 koz Au to +1.5 Moz over the course of three years resulting in the successful $240m takeover of Echo by Northern Star.Tali Resources Pty Ltd was established as a private company, spun out of Agrimin Ltd and formed to explore for IOCG, base metal, gold and REE deposits in the highly prospective West Arunta region of Western Australia. I was involved with Tali since it's inception and drove the acquisition, development and promotion of the company's project portfolio leading to a $55m farm-in agreement with RTX, while WA1 Ltd successfully listed on the Tali assets not subject to the Rio Tinto farm-in.Currently I am the Executive Director for Omnia Metals Group (ASX: OM1) who are focussed on exploring the Lac des Montagnes Project in Quebec, Canada. I also hold roles as Chief Technical Officer for Marquee Resources Ltd (ASX: MQR) and am a Non-Executive Director of Pure Resources Ltd (ASX: PR1)
