I made the decision to go back to school and obtain my associates in computer science and information systems and earned a certification in database admin and programming. After that I accepted a position at Unisys as a help desk agent and have worked my way up to more technical accounts. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in international studies. I made it a point to gain work experience while in school, thus demonstrating a solid work ethic and no fear of rolling up my sleeves and getting the job done. My academic courses have required me to possess a vast knowledge of business and people. I am also adept at business troubleshooting and problem solving, identifying and analyzing marketing and management related issues and developing innovative solutions. In my most recent job I supervised a call center floor of over 60 sales reps, handling training, coaching, selling, and customer service. I have experience preparing reports for senior management, along with implementing policies and procedures and enforcing budgetary objectives. I have extensive experience in training of new and existing employees in both sales and customer service industry. I have had a good deal of experience in hiring and training and management of a sales staff in previous positions held. Virtually all my employment history has required me to exercise clear, concise communication skills and to promote customer and satisfaction
