With a distinct focus on urgent care and over two years of experience as a General Practitioner, my approach prioritises patient-centered care and the management of acute health issues.I leverage my interpersonal skills to deliver compassionate care, particularly in the context of frailty and negotiated care planning. My role as an NHS New to Practice Fellow, coupled with the pursuit of a PGCert in Healthcare Practice, reflects my dedication to continuous learning and my contributions to team leadership and clinical education within healthcare settings.
