After over 30 years in the United States Foreign Service, I am retiring from the Service, but not from work. The bulk of my career has focused on East Asia, with overseas tours in Taiwan, Beijing, Seoul (twice), and most recently Bangkok. This experience gives me extensive expertise in analysis regarding China, Korea and Southeast Asia, including political, security, proliferation and economic elements. Throughout my career I have been deeply involved in creating and leading teams that successfully pursued goal-oriented objectives, a skill I now seek to apply in my next career. I am open to new experiences, but am primarily interested in a position that would permit me to utilize my decades of experience East Asia.
