I started working at County of Middlesex since January 30th 2017. I worked here on co-op during my Computer Programmer Analyst Program at Fanshawe College.

Use Computer to look up and print orders from system, walk around store collecting customer's desired groceries, as well as use the cash register for Point of sales and bag, as well as, carry out groceries to the customers' cars to load them in. I also clean the department and helped with technical issues with the Computer.

IT Technician Co-op position - Building PCs for deployment across County of Middlesex. Create Tickets for Technical Support. Deploying PCs and Laptops to EMS Stations, Libraries, and County Buildings.

Programmed features of Internal Website. Built asp.net pages to create a better tracking system and easier method to transfers an employee's contacts over to another employee. Worked on other features while I was on co-op such as: fixed bugs, created tables in Database for error tracking, created internally hosted website for employees to sort through.

Learnt knowledge of around 10 different franchises with the ability to jump on any one of them at any moment. Covered others for their breaks, opened and closed stations, cleaned, cooked food for customers on the spot, dishes, taking out trash, managed a Tim Hortons closing shift, with the access to safe to put away money at the end of the night.

I would manage the station on my own, marking prices up/down depending on what needed to be done, sold TVs and other high valued products to customers on a daily basis, cleaned, worked cash register, gave information on Technology and helped people set up cellular devices.
