Joint Base Langley-Eustis

• Tasked with operationalizing the Army's doctrine for marksmanship from training circular 3-20.40 as it relates to the six gates locked fire qualification and the impact it would have on non-combat organizations.• Executed plan the largest individual weapons qualification event to date for the new requirements for the individual weapons qualification with a 5% higher average than expected with a test pool of 600 service members.• Creation of a new introductory marksmanship course for the Dept. of the Army to supplement institutionally trained individuals through the Marksmanship Master Trainer Course (MMTC) a shorter version consisting of two weeks to provide organizations institutionally trained individuals, that can plan and conduct live fire operations.• Task with executing a proof of concept for the Army's new training doctrine and strategy walking a group of Service Members to the six gates a live fire qualification over six weeks an placing 4th of the 26 active duty components at All Army 2021. The team also placed 18th out of 44 teams to include the National Guard sniper sections.• Instructing and managing basic marksmanship skills, as well as dynamic courses of fire for side arms and carbine weapon platforms with urban rifle marksmanship, and complex engagement at 700M with carbine weapon platforms for over 6,000 Soldier.• Facilitated 30 slots for MMT candidates to earn their skill identifier and to become their Battalion Commanders subject matter expert in small arms training;• Covered how to train leaders, in training Soldier in basic marksmanship training, as well as urban marksmanship training, and advanced marksmanship training, such as the implementation of thermals, and other citing systems to engage pass 700 meters. leading to 29 Soldiers across all three COMPOs and five Brigades meeting AR 350-1 requirement for MMTs to be Ready Now to fight tonight.

• Oversees the training Soldier development of 32 units consisting of over 3,000 Soldiers, supporting two terminal battalions and one movement control battalion. Establishing 58 courses and training events across four installations which validated and certified over 1400 Brigade leaders and Solders in Soldier development• Coordinated over 16.9 million rounds and 892 ranges;• Increased three Battalions' overall XVIII Airborne Corps Operational Readiness Assessments from 50% to 90%; Modernized the Bridge Ammo SOP optimized organizational and administrative systems which accounted for over 16.9 million rounds of ammunition and decreased Un-forecasted Ammunition Requests by 95% and saving $300,000 in shipping fees. • Allowed the Brigade Commander to fully visualize the training calendar include all objectives and tasks for 32 units;• Permitted the Brigade Commander to fully envision the 18th Airborne Corps Annual Training Guidance was implemented, thus creating a fully mission capable lethal fighting force for the Department of Defense.• Ultimately responsible for tracking 16 vessels and over 1200 Service members;• Served as the 7th TB(X) Army Public Affairs OIC;• Communicated the capabilities of the 7th TBX to higher leadership;• Assisted with planning and coordinated the Distinguished Visitor Day for 18 distinguished visitors which included the Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Group to highlight and understand the full capabilities of the Army's Transportation assets for Joint Logistics over the Shore.

• J4 Battle Captain/Operations Officer for the inauguration of the 45th President Donald J. Trump, also servings as a liaison with Department of Homeland Security Law Enforcement Officer and United States Capitol Police. My office processed background checks for participants of the inauguration, as well as tracked all movements before, after, and during the inauguration, except for the presidential motorcade. In addition, my duties included the processing and tracking all participants into the inauguration ceremony. Some of the other responsibilities of mine during the inauguration was to serve as one the Consequence Management Officers, as well as the liaison to federal law enforcement agencies such as DHS, to include the Secret Service, as well as managing all logistical assets and VIP drivers.• Joint Force Headquarters National Capital Region Support Battalion S3 operations officer-in-charge (OIC) and Contingency management officer in support of 58th presidential inauguration.
