Implementing regional work on student transitions including the creation of regional pathways for grades 6-14 centered on career pathways.Coordinating the professional development for 7-12 teachers centered on implementation of equitable practices in mathematics with high rigor and a focus on conceptual understanding.Maintaining accurate records and records for grant implementation and reporting.

Supervising site career and technical programs and work based learning to enhance and create multiple high-quality pathways for students in the areas of fire and emergency response, engineering, entrepreneurship, medicine, aerospace science, graphic design and leadership and build multiple multi-million dollar facilities designed for 21st Century learning.Liaising closely with local businesses and non-profit organizations to create contracts and agreements to provide internship opportunities, relevant industry training, and lasting partnerships.Collaborating with counseling to improve post-secondary outcomes for students including school-wide SAT, FAFSA, and college admissions processes, advanced education, dual enrollment, and articulation agreements with community college partners.Overseeing and advising the English Learner Partnership to monitor and implement best practices around assessment, placement, instruction and accountability for four-hundred students annually.Implementing innovative school-wide academic interventions for a variety of learners ranging from persistently low achieving students in core academic areas to first-time honors and Advanced Placement students.Designing learning opportunities for out of school time through a grant funded after school program serving 200-300 students daily, whole-school and targeted summer programs, and Saturday Graduation Academies.Providing curricular leadership and supervision to the Mathematics Department to transition to a common core integrated curriculum focused on equitable access for all students as well as working extensively with all subject areas to provide timely intervention and effective instructional practices.Managing more than twenty budgets annually and maintaining stare and federal fiscal compliance in planning, accountability, and spending.

Monitoring the performance of 400 English Learners site-wide. Providing professional learning to the English Learner Partnership of 12-15 teachers. Managing EL budgets and supervising classified staff. Creating academic interventions for English Learners and Redesignated students. Teaching all levels of social science and English courses.
