Aug 05 - May 06 Project Manager• Served as PM on the construction of a 1000 seat call centre and associated offices for O2 at the Skypark BuildingJun 01 - Aug 05 Site Agent• Responsible for the overall running of several projects valued at up to £2million from estimator handover through to completion• Projects included various developments in the Skypark Building ranging between £500,000 and £1.5million

• Responsible for all engineering aspects of the concrete frames for the Royal Bank of Canada HQ build

• Performed various setting out duties and was responsible for the management of sub-contractors and Mowlem engineers• Acted as Sub Agent on the Defence Housing project involving demolition of 200 homes to build new army accommodation

• Reported directly to the PM on this hotel complex development, ordering materials from both the US & Cuba, and controlling setting out on 7 main concrete framed structures and 30 smaller builds• Liaised with foremen and workforce of over 500, holding overall control of both the marina and “Greg Norman” golf course
