> Represent the RYA by promoting Sailability participation and training programmes and policies. > Maintain and develop a healthy network of sailing clubs, sailing centres and volunteers in the region, through the promotion and implementation of Sailability participation and training programmes. > Identify suitable clubs and centres to provide on-going advice and support to develop participation partnerships and activities. > Work with current Sailability organisations to increase capacity and regular participation > Work with clubs to increase their volunteer base. > Work with disability organisations to identify new sailing participants and grow partnerships> Achieve annual delivery plan outcomes to increase total and regular participation. > Ensure data is collected, collated and presented to set monthly deadlines. > Ensure that sufficient disability awareness courses and training is both available and delivered across the North of England> Advise clubs and centres in the regions on facility development and sources of funding, and respond to consultations from funding bodies.

> Implementing Strategic Plans> Ensuring best practice guidelines are adhered to> Implementing, maintaining and advising on operating procedures, risk assessments and emergency action plans> Project management > Data collection & analysis> Managing budgets> Building relationships with 3rd parties and stake holders> Establishing relationships with schools, colleges and universities.> Manage sailing programs within University Sailing Clubs.> Maintaining existing relationships with other 30 venues across the North of the UK> Interpreting Insight (County, Regional & National)> Delivering CPD to volunteers, paid coaches and customers.> Applying for and assisting funding applications.

> Establishing and maintaining links with RYA Training Centres/Clubs.> Establish and maintaining relationships with schools and colleges.> Ensuring the achievement of OnBoard objectives and success.> Planning and delivery of inter-club Onboard festivals> Monitoring and reporting participation figures. > Carrying out monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
