- Lawrence Graham LLP merged into Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co (WLG) in 2016.- I worked in the Private Capital team with 6 partners, 15 solicitors and 2 trainee solicitors, as well as independently managing a large and varied portfolio of clients.- The team was one of the leading private client teams in London and advised the world's wealthiest families and the banks and offshore trustees who work with them.- The team won and was nominated for numerous prestigious awards during my time with them, including the Citywealth Awards, STEP and The Lawyer Awards.- I devised, implemented and advised on complex estate and succession planning structures for high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth-individuals in various jurisdictions (e.g. UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East).- I worked with families and trustees to resolve conflicts and disputes, including multi-jurisdictional contentious trust and estate disputes. - I drafted nuptial agreements and provided associated advice.- I provided complex UK tax advice, significant investor advice and also dealt with domestic and international probate work and estate administration.
