Consultant on a variety of energy projects from offshore wind to onshore solar.Currently leading an integrated Hydrogen Salt Storage Project that is jointly funded by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) and Geological Survey Ireland, offshore Ireland. This project proposes to locate and assess the extent of geological salt formations offshore Ireland using existing oil and gas datasets and to further assess the potential for man-made salt caverns for hydrogen storage and potential Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). In 2021 led an offshore renewable energy project with the Department of the Environment Climate and Communications (DECC)to ascertain how to best support the development of the industry in Ireland. Worked in close collaboration with key stakeholders whilst integrating and performing a data gap analysis on the entire offshore geophysical and geological datasets held by INFOMAR, the Geological Survey Ireland (GSI) and Petroleum Affairs Division (PAD) which included Metocean, MBES, SSS, UHRS, 2D & 3D seismic, seabed samples, CPT and core data. This report has been widely utilized by both ORE developers and the govt regulatory bodies as Ireland prepares for its first offshore licensing round in 2023 under the Renewable Energy Support Scheme (RESS)

Team lead for Peru and Argentina assets. Led a small high functioning technical team with a larger matrix and oversaw a variety of new venture projects in Peru and Argentina. Liaised with Government and potential business partners to help drive business.Led a variety of global projects and project managers, understood requirements, created plans with actions, priorities, timescales and resource allocations, monitored progress adapting to changes as required and successfully met all deadlines and budgets.Managed underground and overground risk including unexpected sub surface issues, weather patterns, swell height, distance from shore, geo-political relations and HSE contingency plans for seismic and drilling campaigns.Analysed geophysical data to generate and mature a portfolio of opportunities as well as mitigate against unexpected sub surface hazards and designed surveys appropriately to gather good quality data.

A member of the Tullow sustainability committee who were working towards a net zero carbon delivery plan and ensuring a more sustainable business model in the energy transition.

Lead Geophysicist working offshore in the Guyana basin as well as evaluating NBD opportunities across South America.

Senior Development Geoscientist working on several West African fields both operated and non operated. Part of a multi-disciplinary subsurface team that constructed a new models, reviewed existing wells and proposed optimized locations for new wells by utilizing time lapse (4D) seismic surveys.4D seismic interpretation and geological modelling over the field development areas helped drive a successful multi well drilling campaign over several deepwater oil fields.Interpretated and modelled seismic and well data sets using Petrel, using time lapse seismic and geophysical modelling to optimize well locations.Involved with testing different seismic inversion methods to better understand the complexities of the reservoir.Constructed rock physics templates for various wells to forward model and predict what reservoir and fluid type we would encounter in the wells.

Involved in numerous new venture evaluations across a wide range of geological settings and trap types. These include blocks in South Africa, Namibia, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Sao Tome & Principe, Cameroon, Benin, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Chad, Kenya, Uganda and Tunisia. These evaluations included desktop reviews, basin screening, seismic & geological interpretations, and attending numerous data rooms.

I have worked on numerous international projects and had had rotations in operations, regional exploration and operated and non-operated exploration assets in multiple basins in West Africa, South Asia and South America.
