James has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across both public and private sectors. Since joining Wellmaster in 2017, his contributions in areas like product and process innovation, trade and tariff strategy, and digital modernization, among others, have been key to the company's significant growth, leading to his promotion to President and CEO in 2023.Apart from his role at Wellmaster, James is actively involved in the broader business community. He is part of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce’s Manufacturing and Value Chain Committee, has led the Canadian Manufactures and Exporters (CME) Ontario Advisory Board, contributes to CME’s National Policy Council, and is a founding member of the Innovators Alliance London Chapter.James holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Queen's University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, where he earned the Ivey Scholar designation. This educational background, combined with his extensive experience, has equipped James with a deep understanding of the complexities of leading in today's dynamic business environment.
