After deep reflection of being in this industry for over 30 years we have seen a large hidden demand for insight for customers. With the extremely large amount of small to mid-size companies that come and go, customers do not have anyone to consult if they are getting a fair price and the correct scope of work. Most project management firms expertise focuses on the building aspect of construction work. They will get 2 to 3 bids on the excavation work and go with the lowest price. This does not always lead to the best option for the owner. On mid to large size projects, it is standard to assume the contingency expenses of the earthwork will be from 35 to 50% due to unknown underground issues. Repeatedly, we see that earthwork by far has the largest cost increase for Extra Work Orders and will in fact delay or cancel the project until further monies are acquired. We built this company to provide consulting, cost estimating, project evaluation, contract review & negotiations and in worst case scenarios, dispute avoidance & resolution. After commuting to the Bay Area for 3 years, my family and I decided that its beneficial for my health and family to work closer to home. I talked to the Carlise company and agreed to rejoin there team and focus on rebranding there company. Using my acquired experience on the large projects in the Bay Area and several years of experience we where able to restructure the company. Unfortunatley covid took over alot of our staff and jobsites. I contracted long term Covid-19 at one of the job sites June 2020. I had major health issues for a year and a half, before I was able to start recovery for work.

Project Manager for sports stadium installation; track and artificial turf field, and all underground utilities ($5 million – $20 million projects.) Civil road projects, installing new infrastructure, curb gutter and asphalt sections. Oversee large grinding and paving operations. Creating schedules. Working with city officials and lead contact for all residential housing effected by on-going work. Creating project as-builts. Scheduling contracts for sub-contractors. Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project. Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. Supervise work of laborers, operators, other trades to make sure all scopes of work are accomplished to code and approve drawings. Estimating project take-offs, securing quotes and prices for work. Install GPS Maps on tablets for equipment use on design job sites.

Oversee daily operations of Benicia High School track and artificial turf field job - $19 million project. Overview strict tolerances of work performance of college required track and field specifications for all trades involved. Oversee all storm drain, sewer water installation per code. Coordinate daily safety meetings, jobsite safety analysis, evacuation plans when school is on lock down, create as-builts and daily records of work performed. Operated dozer, excavator, skiploader, backhoe, mini excavator and motor grader.

I personally strive for a team kind of presence in all projects that we bid on, take part in and complete. I know the average low bidder approach leaves many companies and people very unsatisfied with the process. I have seen over the years that being a true team is the most beneficial environment for all parties involved. Value engineering and working on plans that are not complete at the bidding process and starting phases has become a daily occurrence in private work. This is true with the fast paced commercial hotels down to the average septic system. In realizing this we take great pride in offering our time up front to make sure everything is discussed and outlined before and or during pricing. In doing this we have been able and continue to be able to stand behind our word and our work over the term of the project, especially upon completion.

I started as a operator with the company and with the guidance of the Company and Mr. Carlisle I moved up to foreman, project manager/ estimating and contract negotiating. I was very fortunate for growing with the company and the family atmosphere that they have. Duties included as mentioned estimating, acquiring new customers, keeping strong relationships with past customers, estimating software, working on cad files, earthwork take off's, acquiring prices for materials, project management, billing, GPS maps for the indicate style GPS systems used on equipment and trucks to track daily earthwork quantities and stockpiles.

Hired as a laborer I was moved to running equipment in less than a year. In my second season I was running a five man crew and doing projects such as private homes to large churches from start to finish. I acquired my class A license to drive all large semi dump trucks, ten wheelers, end dump's, truck and pup, doubles, triples and tankers. In four years I was bidding, signing, handling project management, operating equipment as final grader on all my projects from start to finish. Doing the final walk through with City of Boise and clients. My crews ranged from 5 to 20+ guys on labor intensive projects. I also did substantial work on the Boise river and was certified to work on river restoration and wildlife habitat.
