I supervised a team of technicians supporting and maintaining all desktop computer and individual electronic devices for J.Crew's central Virginia facilities,which include two merchandise processing and shipping facilities, a call center, supporting departments, and two retail outlets.

My responsibilities included web design, industry-specific online community design, support and management, web server and internet domain administration and hosting, technical marketing and sales support for telecom solutions and bundles. I wore a lot of hats at this relatively small company. Skills included HTML, Perl, DNS, IIS web server, page layout apps, image editing apps, logo design, marketing assistance and related tasks.
