Provide emergency and routine multi-craft maintenance support to the operations departments in a highly automated environment. Conduct quality assessments, schedule repairs, maintain inventory, and develop preventative maintenance procedures. Perform preventative/ corrective maintenance, changeovers, and adjustments on industrial equipment including hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs)Troubleshoot mechanical, electronic and electrical industrial equipment for a designated department within the plant, perform quick repair for trouble calls from operating technicians. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to perform tasks to include, calibrating machines, preventative maintenance, and emergency maintenance on machines. Utilize precision measurement equipment to verify proper alignment of machine components and an accurate input/output of machine parameters. Made adjustments to machine components and parameters to bring them within specified tolerances.Perform repeatability tests on machines to ensure accuracy is consistent and within specifications. Replace any machine components that are unable to meet specified tolerances due to wear, damage, or other inoperable conditions. Input results on tests and any adjustments that were made into computer database for lab review, records, and for PM planner to many any necessary changes to calibration schedule. Maintain proper labeling of calibrations completed for each machine, respond to work orders from production, diagnose and repair issues with machine.
