I am ACA qualified with both accounting and operational experience in both established and start up businesses. I have been one of the key members of CarMoney, helping grow the business from 7 employees to 45 employee, increasing turnover by 6 times. Running along side this I have been a key part of the management team that has turned the business around from a loss making position to profit making.I also have five years auditing experience with Grant Thornton and EY which has given an invaluable knowledge of the statutory accounting process whilst allowing me to work with with a range of clients across varying sectors. The roles in audit (upto manager level) have also give me invaluable project management and team management skills. I also have 18 months’ experience in industry in the motor trade, working in the group finance team of a fast paced and entrepreneurial organisation. This has allowed me to gain  a strong commercial understanding of all business aspects including cash flow management, working capital management, budgeting and forecasting, operational efficiencies and an understanding of the marketing process and HR.
