Associate Senior Lecturer: working together with my colleagues at the Loughborough University Business School, I helped the department as a security specialist and supervisor, assessed and mentored Masters students on the Post Graduate Security Management Programme.

I worked personally with Professor Martin Gill at Perpetuity looking at the role of convergence in enabling a more unified response to cyber crime. This involved very valuable discussions on the role of convergence and whether it is the most effective strategy for 21st Century organisations. It focussed on the SRI Cyber Crime and Role of Private Security.

The EU Digital Security Group invited me to review a selection of Horizon 2020 Digital Risk proposals from consortiums of a range of organisations including large corporates to SMEs. The submissions were assessed by a team and we met together in Brussels for one week to discuss and then allocate funding to the 'best' projects.
