- Advises the Assistant Secretary on military aspects of policy; liaison between DoS and Global Component Commands for North and South America. - Coordinated military air transportation between State, DoD, and other entities to repatriate over 500 U.S. citizens working in Latin America in March and April 2020 at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic.- Coordinated inter-agency for two deployments of US Navy Ship COMFORT.- Contributed with Pol/Mil Bureau to formulate inter-agency procurement, training, and education strategy for the entire Western Hemisphere’s security sector foreign assistance. - Contributed research and authorship to senior leader discourse including one speech for VPOTUS.

- Trained, equipped, and advised land forces for Panamanian security as part of U.S. Embassy team- Coordinated the removal of decades-old U.S. chemical munitions from San Jose Island, a gargantuan inter-agency, binational effort in conjunction with the Hague’s Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, removing a major source of friction between the U.S. and Panama.- Built a five-year plan and budget, employing organic training teams and outside assets to improve intelligence, sustainment, and communications capabilities for the Panamanian National Border Service in the challenging mountainous, triple-canopy Darien Jungle to counter Colombian drug cartels. - Developed and implemented the first-ever comprehensive planning and assessment system for the Security Cooperation Office (military group) at U.S. Embassy Panama.

- Trained and advised an Afghan general on planning, strategy, and organizational dynamics - Constructed a multi-year plan to improve the MOD’s planning staff’s ability to gather and analyze information, produce strategic-level operational plans, and develop and conduct its own training- Chosen by-name to assist a U.S. Marine brigadier general advising an Afghan brigade in Helmand; the joint, binational effort re-established the Afghan government’s control in a critical sector that had been seized by the Taliban- Chosen by-name to head the advisory effort in Kunduz to achieve the same result.- Advised U.S. one- and two- star generals to facilitate joint operations - Led and mentored two majors advising other Afghan generals and staffs

- Attended ECEME as a student, then transitioned to Instructor, gaining now-senior contacts throughout Brazil and in Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador, and several other Latin American countries- Taught English and planning/strategy at Brazil’s planning school for majors and lieutenant colonels- Mentored and coordinated life support for 10-15 officers from all services in various Defense positions around Rio de Janeiro
