I lead the project management department of GTE's Southeastern District, managing an internal team of six project managers and field engineers. The department focuses on the execution and administration of a natural gas operator’s Digs Project Management Office. Personally, I also spend a significant part of my time on a long-term project establishing a new Digs PMO at another client, builging the infrastructure from he ground up while utilizing a large variety of client personnel.
