He's stood up the finance functions of several companies while improving organizational efficiency, management reporting and business planning. He also has experience in creating dashboard analytics related to key business drivers, including rate volume analysis, asset utilization and operational KPIs, working alongside operational personnel through the strategic planning process to improve pricing, margins and go-to-market strategies and identifying improvements in core operational processes and developing action plans to stand up finance organizations improving resource allocation, financial processes and systems.
