That includes myself! This happens with and through our team at Organisational Coaching, where we offer 1:1, Team and Organisational coaching for a variety of clients globally. We also design bespoke facilitation and leadership skills programs for those that wish to integrate 1:1 or Team coaching skills into their organisations. This is always commercial and relational, with an exploration of the context and reality the organisation is in.I also Supervise and Mentor other coaches 1:1 and in Groups. I’m accredited as a coach with the International Coach Federation to PCC level. My love of coaching is rooted in Gestalt philosophy and psychology and I am accredited with the EAGT as a Gestalt Practitioner in Organisations (GPO). In my spare time, I love running marathons and trails in the mountains and learning about others and myself. My two, young daughters inspire me regularly to get into my playfulness. Supporting me be more creative, which is great fun!Woodeson Executive Coaching AG (Switzerland)Woodeson Executive Coaching LTD (U.K.)#OrganisationalCoach#ExecutiveCoach#TeamCoach#woodesonexecutivecoaching#organisational-coaching

I was Treasurer for the European Network on Statelessness (ENS), a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, from its launch. It was fantastic to support the development and early-stage start-up of this important organisation.ENS is a network of NGOs, academic initiatives and individual experts committed to address statelessness in Europe. ENS believes that all human beings have a right to a nationality and that those who lack nationality altogether - stateless persons - are entitled to adequate protection.I loved supporting this charity, not least for what it stands for but also the diverse and passionate people who make up the Board.

  • Hsbc Global Banking And Markets
    Head Of Multinationals, Switzerland
Hsbc Global Banking And Markets Oct 2015 - May 2017
    Zürich Area, Switzerland
It was an opportunity which couldn't be turned down! Moving from sunny Malta to the centre of Europe: Zurich. A fantastic opportunity for our family to experience a different culture and our children to develop language skills at an early age.My role was to grow our international business through the success of our clients by collaborating in selecting the ideal solution from HSBC’s worldwide suite. This was a challenging role as despite being a large brand, our competitors were well established in the market.Client coverage was focussed on in-bound Multinational corporates in Switzerland. Product focus spaned transactional banking, working capital management, capital financing, risk management and liquidity management.Ultimately, having found a wonderful place to live, this role provided me the impetus to entirely change my career and transition to running my own business. I am thankful and honoured to have worked for such a great Group for the best part of 15 years.
  • Hsbc Global Banking And Markets
Treasurer | Board Director | Head Of Global Banking & Markets
Hsbc Global Banking And Markets Jun 2010 - Oct 2015
    Jersey And Malta
Between 2010 and 2015, I was delighted to be promoted to senior management positions in Jersey and then Malta, as Treasurer for subsidiaries of the HSBC Group and business head for the Global Markets segment. This empowered me, in the words of my boss at the time, to "be creative". This gave me a great platform to innovate and challenge ways of working and to be a change agent for the Group. The practical aspects of the roles included Capital markets and risk consulting / advisory for local Corporate clients as well as management of fixed income portfolios and $8-12bn multi-currency balance sheets. This involved managing and leading teams of specialist staff.Developing sales teams and engaging in client relationship management and origination remained a passion. This was where I enjoyed hearing client needs and delivering them the 'whole Bank' or the parts which fulfilled their needs.During my transitions, between roles and countries, I was fortunate enough to be offered coaching by the Bank and I enjoyed it very much. It sowed the seed for my latter career transformation!Overall, my HSBC career gave me fantastic exposure to re-shaping and driving business performance, growing revenues and creatively managing costs.Client coverage was broad and included; multi-nationals, financial institutions, SMEs and family owned businesses.Experiencing the politics and stakeholder engagement/management requirements of these roles was at times fascinating and challenging in equal measure. This was supported by Board directorships for both bank and asset management subsidiaries and EXCO membership. In these roles, I was valued for my strategic, commercial and optimistic approach.Throughout this time, I was able to develop my experience as a public speaker at a variety of industry events and seminars.

Senior Treasury Manager | Investor Relations
Hsbc Global Banking & Markets And Hsbc Global Asset Management May 2004 - Jun 2010
    London, United Kingdom
Before, during and after the financial crisis of 2008, I was responsible for the fast moving, weekly funding requirements of the Bank's Structured Investment Vehicles and Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Programs, ranging from $30m to $3bn+ This involved the negotiation of all pricing decision, in multiple currencies for product sold globally. Including the market debuts of record breaking product launches in 2005 ($3bn) and 2007 ($4bn).During this time, I also set up and managed an $11bn portfolio of short term investments in the Fixed Income market. My passion was for the relationship management and engagement of senior credit and investment officers at major institutional accounts around the world. The financial crisis represented a steep learning curve and I was fortunate to be working alongside experienced professionals, from whom I learnt so much. This provided a springboard for promotion within the Bank.I discovered that I also enjoyed running workshops for Corporate Treasurers from large, UK accounts on maximising working capital efficiency. This was an early sign of my comfort in facilitation and public speaking.Throughout this time, I was able to draw on my grandmothers passion for commerce and being open to opportunities.
