Current• Gather business requirements from different stakeholders: Sales, Data, Customer Success Representative, Marketing, etc.• Create functional specification documents that define to the developers and communicate to the client stakeholders the different functionalities and features of an e-commerce website.• Support the dev team during the implementation phase of the project lifecycle.• Help the PM and TL prioritize the work required to complete the project per the plan.• Answer questions from the client about the project, best practices in e-commerce, or new ideas that add value to their business.• Identify test requirements and help guide the QA team with building out the test cases.• Support the team and the client during the launching of the digital solution.
