Senior Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience. Most recently serving as a Stakeholder and user-representative on new and emerging for DoD acquisitions. I have generated significant results in operational logistics, fleet management, project management, facility management, supply chain management, risk reduction, and process improvement for my organizations and executive leaders. My responsibilities have involved reviewing and assessing product development strategies to ensure they meet the supportability, contract, and readiness requirements. Participate and lead Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies that drive equipment development and ensure systems are ready for fielding and sustainable throughout their lifecycle. Support the development and acquisition of portfolio-specific programs while they are in the planning, selection, assessment, and synchronization phases. I am an expert in integrating technical systems, forecasting logistical requirements, and achieving stakeholder objectives through collaboration and agile leadership skills. I am highly proficient in all facets of operations planning, business management, feasibility analysis, course of action analysis, and process improvement.I am a focused manager possessing executive-level written and oral communication skills and I prosper in multicultural environments, employing emotional intelligence when confronted with challenging situations and decisions. I am experienced and well-versed in Project Management, Lean practices, and logistical operations while focusing on risk reduction strategies, productivity, and organizational success. I currently hold an active Secret Security Clearance and my career is supported by a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. I am currently enrolled in the U.S. Army War College, National Security Studies, Graduate Certificate Program (projected completion 2023). I recently became an Adjunct Professor at Brightpoint Community College (BCC), teaching SDV-100 College Succes, Manufacturing-1, and Certified Logistics Associate/Technician. Teaching at BCC is an opportunity for me to give back to my community by helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
