Managing a team of 15 GRC consultants, providing leadership, project oversight and developing internal standards.In addition to managing the team, I also own our Managed Support service offering, providing customers with on-going support and guidance for their GRC solutions.

Successfully implementing Operational Risk, Policy Management, Regulatory Compliance Management and Audit solutions across a number of organisations, predominantly within Financial Services. Including an Operational Risk implementation recognised in the 2017 Archer conference for excellence.

As part of Walmart's global compliance programme, I was responsible for supporting the delivery of a number of compliance systems into Asda with duties including:• Developing the Archer eGRC platform to meet Asda’s needs• Landing Archer to all 600 Asda facilities across the UK• Creating and delivering all training documentation• Sharing UK experience & developments with other Walmart markets• Developing the SureCheck SPARK platform to meet Asda’s temperature checking requirements• Supporting the implementation of 4 other compliance applications into the business

Working in Asda’s Technical Governance team I was responsible for managing all data and reporting, in addition to driving cost savings by automating processes. Key achievements were:• Developing an interim solution to meet Asda’s REACh compliance obligations• Overhauling the team’s reporting, to improve clarity and consistency of data• Automated reporting through VBA leading to 5000 hours per year time saving• Provided insight into current performance to support decisions made by directors & board

Working on site at HM Treasury, manging any issues relating to the service being provided by Fujitsu, forming a close relationship with the business stakeholders. In addition, engaged in developing a new KPI reporting document to deliver a clearer and more accurate view on performance whilst saving numerous hours in its production.
