• Managing Construction of sewer line networks with house connections and surface water line with road gulley’s (Infrastructure works) at Al Kharitiyath & Izhgawa area.• Construction of sewer line network for Al Khor area (this project consists 4000 no's House connection).• Distribution of water main line network up to 600 mm DI pipe including of Micro tunneling work and construction of Chambers (Kahramaa Project).• Construction of Clubhouses (Building) and infrastructure works at AL WAAB City - The Project consists of 2 clubhouses and infrastructure works (Sewer line network ;Water main line, TSE line network& house connection & Roadworks and surface water line with Road gullies).• Construction of Al Khor Area Sewerage - For Southern Region (Package 3)- The Project consists of Sewer networks with house connections ; micro tunneling works and road works.• AL Gharrafa area sewer line Project Phase 2&3 - The Project consists of Sewer line networks with house connections ; micro tunneling works and road works.

Project Handled • Sport City Tower at Khalifa StadiumResponsibility• In charge for all the finishing works. • Inspect & supervise all the works. • Works for floor enamel epoxy coating, plumbing works & electrical works. • Make the daily work report to improve the work progress. • Co-ordinate with the construction, scheduling and start-up aspect of work. • Assist in the preparation of materials as per specification. • Give the proper instruction to the foreman.

Project Handled • Commercial building up to 8th floor (Ministry building & Villas) Responsibility• Handle the site from starting up to handing over. • Prepare the record sheets and as build drawings. • Evaluate valued analysis of cost data, material estimates and maintain records. • Prepare the Quotations & assist the preparation of material specification and bidding document. • Make the daily work report to improve the work progress. • Give the proper instruction to the foreman. • Supervise & co-ordinate all survey, drafting works in the office and project site. • Co-ordinate with the supervising consultants & clients to improve the work progress.

Project Handled • Construction of Commercial building up to 9th floor.• Construction of 2nd & 3rd floor Villas• Construction of Office buildings • Construction of buildings extension & Renovation work at Ruwinovotel & Maintenances works at Al Falaj Hotel (Accore Group).Responsibility• Prepare the Quotations & assist in the preparation of material specification and building documents. • In charge for all the projects & co-ordinate with the construction. • Co-ordinate & supervise the construction activities as per the plans and specifications. • Take the consultant to the site to inspect the stage of work. • Purchase the materials & arrange the materials for each site. • Inspect & supervise the structural works. • In charge for the maintenance works & renovation works.
