• In-house content management system: proactively lead and conduct discussions across business and technical teams of gathering requirement, architecture design, high-level system design, and user interfaces from scratch. Brought new features live as schedule which helped business teams improve productivity to maintain product contents, define various promotions and setup pricing. • Big data migration: worked closely with big data team to define schema, compare different production scenarios between HBase and Cassandra, and figure out solution of data migrating and data consistency monitoring. After migration, it supported business expansion to tens of millions products and changes refresh from back end to front end in seconds.• Canada expansion: as PIC (person in charge), coordinating multiple cross-functional teams from kickoff to launch. Project planning and milestones monitoring to ensure launch on time which brought company millions monthly revenue.• Content management system re-architect: led development teams to design services and migrate system to SOA(RESTful) architecture and worked seamless with business team about UI redesign and function improvements. After launch, system got excellent user satisfaction and feedback.• Vendor portal system: designed system together with business team from scratch, initiated requirements from vagueness and turned into clear specifications.
