I currently work remote and provide support for software, solutions, hardware, computer systems and networks for our customers. With my knowledge and expertise, I can provide great customer service while troubleshooting or implementing solutions to quickly resolve the customers technical issues. I work well independently as well as in a group setting where I can consistently deliver high quality work in a timely manner. Over the years I have learned to adapt and quickly switch between tasks to address the higher priority tasks that need attention right away and prioritize tasks accordingly.
