I think it is very important for company to settle nice SOP2. Take full responsibility to sourcing right supplier and negotiate the prouduct price. 3. Take full responsibility for Quality-control and Goods-release. 4. Take full responsibility to deliver the goods on time 5. Take full responsibility to devolping new product and problem-shoot. 6. Take full responsibility to solve the process-problem during mass-production. 7. Take full responsibility to contact with customers and to satisfy them. 8. Take full responsibility to lead the whole office to keep staff with well working passion.

1.Developing new product. A.Lead the new product development with headquarter Design Engineer and supplier to analyze reliability of the mechanical structure evaluate the product manufaturiability and efficient production flow. B.Evaluate the product price ( Main material/ production cost/Management cost and so on) B.Help supplier to choose the right Raw material and right machine and ensure the production capacity living up to order forecast C.Help supplier to design the tool and inspection gauge. D.Implement all necessary prodcut test and validation the mass-production sample: (Skin contact and food contact and so on) (Impact and loading and migration test and so on) (Chemical test including heavy metal demanding) 2.Evaluate and support supplier's quality system setup based on company's quality standards. 3.set up product quality standard and final checklist to control running articles' quality. 4.Claim handling. 5.Work with product improvements including quality and cost-efficient part. 6.Drive supplier's production process improvement project 7.Drive the supplier business development direction Mainly handle carbon steel products like tables and chairs, metal beds, etc. involved materials: carbon steel combined with plastic, glassstainless steelZamakAluminium etc

1.Make the project plan and follow up the plan. 2.Testing the sample base on UL and EN Safty standard. 3.Approve the sample according to the Product description and Product drawing. 4.Solve the problem when the concept drawing become the real product.4.Orginize the try-order to Mass-production.5.The main products: Fans /hair curler/ heating and Oven/ electric scissors/coffee-mill and so on.
