Assist lead technical engineer to develop, manage, execute test and evaluation (T&E) programs for the UAS program within the PEO Aviation. Served as the lead project engineer for the Gray Eagle Block 0 and the Warrior Alpha aircraft systems. Plan, coordinate, evaluate, and review all phases of technical/test technology development projects including the interpretation of incoming project planning, design, reports, and related material and program activities associated with other government agencies.

Provide Coalition and US systems test engineering for the Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation (CIAV) lab at Fort Hood. Develop, write and execute test plans through distributed testing with multiple nations. Develop and implement network architecture resembling the current force networks in current theaters of operations. Perform trend analyst on captured XML data. Write in partnership with coalition members test reports, outlining finds and possible solutions.

Serves as the principal representative at the CTSF for a UAS program. Lead a team of five personnel to provide Army interoperability certifications for four UAS systems, including Shadow, Hunter, and Grey Eagle UASs and the associated ground control systems. Wrote Interface Control Documents (ICD) defining the exchanges with the US Army’s Battlefield Functional Area systems (BFA). Reviewed the C4I Information Exchange Requirements matrix and compared the requirements with the current BFA capabilities. Researched questions and issues on Army interoperability standards, formats and test methodology to include tactical system intercommunications assets such as Joint Range Extension (JRE) use of MIL STD 3011. Coordinated the insertion of UAS systems into the Army System Architecture and allocation of the required IP subnet space. Coordinated C4I software certification testing requirements for annual test events. Conducted risk reduction testing of the information exchanges. Defined C4I software requirements for OSGCS Block 1. Reviewed interoperability standards for current and future information exchanges. Wrote and maintained interface control documents to define standards and information exchanged for the Shadow UAV system. Represented the UAS PM office for integration into the Army overall architecture and for Army Software blocking to define future interface capabilities

Provided force modernization analyst for the First Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, TX. fielding new tactical and non-tactical equipment by planning the resources requirements, training, and fielding of assigned force modernization systems. Prepared guidance, procedures, and instructions for the fielding of new systems and coordinate all system requirements with units. Conducted analysis for redistribution of displaced or excess equipment and write distribution plans. Ensured timely identification of facilities, funds, documentation, personnel, training, support equipment, authorized stock lists, prescribed load lists, publications, displaced equipment distribution, and training aids, required to support all fielding activity for each new system to include preparing equipment exchange or receipt plans for systems being fielded. Supported FBCB2, EPLRS, GBS, JWARN, MCS, PLGR, TADPOLE and TAIS.

Managed operations for 128 personnel and 22 telecommunication sites in Camp Colburn, Korea and Information Management Operations Division (G-6), 1 Cavalry Division, Ft. Hood TX. Prepared detailed operation plans and orders reflecting telecommunication networking information and coordinating instructions, security instructions, travel times and locations, lodging area and instructions, fuel schedules, and re-supply procedures. Managed and troubleshot tactical telecommunications network for usage, outages and reliability, and verified signal to noise ratios via command and control systems. Recognized for coordinating a 100% reliable network for over 17,000 users.

Managed the installation, maintenance and repair of mobile telecommunication equipment to include telephone switching, computer networks, line of site radio equipment, and tactical satellite equipment. Managed and troubleshot tactical telecommunications network for usage, outages and reliability, and verified signal to noise ratios via command and control systems. Managed, troubleshot and repaired mobile communication equipment and supervised up to 21 junior managers and 40 personnel. Received an award for an outstanding safety program that reduced injuries by 433%.

Managed all aspects of logistics and contract negotiations of a Recruiting Station office in Malone, NY, covering over 1940 square miles. Prepared detailed marketing plans for local community activities, which included public speeches, county fair, high school activities. Interviewed prospective clients from local high schools, community colleges, universities and professional workers. Worked with school officials to acquire a list of eligible students for recruiting and to schedule meetings and seminars with them. Planned, coordinated and implemented a marketing plan that increased recruiting figures by 17%. Performed over 100 public speaking events and was recognized four times for "Top Recruiting Station," in my region.
