Project Manager： • Build up a complete Project Life Cycle management theory from ground alone - Design overall project management phases - Set up Key milestones for different stages under different phases  - Customize cheat-sheet for different clients and industries. • Company Project planning and management - Work with CEO to do project planning considering company roadmap and available resources. - Govern projects progress and escalate to mgt team for overall potential risk • Acting as an end-to-end project owner including: - Take the role as key person to connect stakeholders from both client side(business/technical) and company side(business/technical to make sure the same understanding page for project goal. - Responsible for whole bidding process including team set-up, technical solution discussion, bidding document preparation. - Closely monitor Project progress regarding its plan and escalate timely for any risk - KOL Relationship management - After-project maintaining to sustaining stage.

•Analyze and manage supply requirement plans. Work closely with counterparts in client’s Regional and China Supply/Demand Management organizations, client Operations, and OEM Management, achieving aggressive order cycle time goals and minimizing finished goods. Evaluate risks, plan and implement contingency plans to mitigate.•Own the execution of the current week supply plans at OEM partner sites, including purchase order and inventory management, monitoring urgent shipments, and build prioritization.•Represent the regional team during the new product introduction, ensure the regional requirements and priorities are followed and executed. Quickly bridge any identified gaps and make decisions locally based on the directions shared/strategies agreed with the region.•Monitor product Kanban inventory levels in multiple locations to ensure supply is available to support fluctuations in demand.•Drive for continuous innovation and scalability of tools,systems, and processes. Identify improvement opportunities, marshal resources, and drive projects to completion, to achieve targeted measurable benefits.

Business Partner for Franchise to provide end to end supply chain service.·Provide End-to-End supply chain support including but not limited to:·In charge of demand forecast with business team by data analysis ·Take responsibility to run S&OP with stakeholders·In charge of purchase forecast based on inventory and Regulatory change·Work out and improve planning model by Product category (Dangerous good/Equipment/Cold Chain/Short shelf life/Kit tools)·Data analysis to improve lead-time with decreasing backorder·Act as key contact window to source for country demand and supply update·Act as key contact window to warehouse and logistics, Customs team for operation·Responsible for SAP Order process and interaction with sales/customer·Act as key KPI owner for franchise and improve KPI through projects

· Responsible for the research and analysis between departments. to optimize the procurement process.· Assist to make purchase plan by analysis historical data and market.· Support to analysis of purchasing programmers for other departments.

· Scout for suppliers according to product spec. and preliminary inquiry.· Follow up with supplier to insure on timely completion of factory audit report to inspect and assess.·Assist in research such as vendor performance, material costs and trends.
