• Managed and led 4 teams includes system engineers, developers (.NET, PHP, and ARS), and network engineers to provide professional services and operational support for all business units within Dow Jones and numerous News Corporation entities including and not limited to Harper Collins, New York Post, The Daily, and Fox.• Instrumental in the designing, developing, implementing, and deploying a new service management platform. The platform handles incident management, request management, change management, and asset change management. During the requirements gathering part of the project, the project team worked with the different groups within the organization to identify potential process improvement initiatives and implement them prior to the platform launch. • Worked with my development team and the different operational support groups’ management within the organization to determine the needed KPIs for their groups including customer satisfaction score and developed the dashboards to present a live view. This allows the teams’ management and the senior executives to provide stewardship to achieve higher levels of internal customer satisfaction and efficiency. • Provided project management leadership for all projects that my teams involved in. Ensure the team completes the projects on time and within budget as well as provided status of the progress at regular intervals and ensure the expectations of the stakeholders are met as well as the risks are mitigated. • Worked with the senior executives of the organization to sponsorship on all initiatives that my teams are participates.
