Setup SkyNet team. Built a common notification framework to support all trading popup and notification cross Credit. More than 10 different business flows and applications uses this common framework to manage popup state management, enrichment, routing and finally display the popup/notification on desk's PC. It has been deployment to 7000+ user's PC cross Markets. Setup eTrading team in Shanghai in 2015, drove a lot of new initial technology transition to boost the new design.

Setup new team for Credit application development on Citi Velocity Portal. Developed more than 20 different portal pages to display Credit business highlight including price, interest, moves, credit risk to attract client for sales person.

Setup application team to develop new feature for Credit Short Term business for CP, CD product. Designed and developed The Brokered CD Application for new business from scratch.
