Officer Willis has responded to numerous critical incidents ranging from hostage situation, lone suicidal subjects and, armed barricaded individuals.Officer Willis has been a judge for the Texas Association of Hostage Negotiators Competition held at Texas State University. Officer Willis currently resides in the North Texas area with his wife and children.
