The role of a UK Search Advertising Lead is in equal parts focused on SEM technology evangelism and partner relationship management.The SEM technology evangelism piece is focused on promoting the adoption and continuing use of Microsoft’s Bing Search platform and Search advertising tools, (Bing Ads previously known as Microsoft adCenter), that enable companies of all sizes to advertise their products and services on the Yahoo! Bing Network; by emphasising the unique selling points and benefits of Bing to consumers, premium brand advertisers and agencies within the UK.The second part of the role is focused on partnership management - in particular maintaining the strategic partnerships and alliances that Microsoft has formed with Yahoo! and Nokia to support and strengthen developments around their Search and Mobile offerings.
