Planned and sponsored developing nation police infrastructure rebuilding. Resulted in breaking ground or rebuilding of 9 police stations across the province in 12 months. Managed recruiting efforts to rebuild police forces across the entire province resulting in 250 new police officers entering training in under 9 months. These efforts improved Iraqi police proficiency resulting in a 33% increase in Iraqi law enforcement operations and directly improving positive connections with the local populace.
