I’m an innovation-driven Design Director. I manage a team of designers, illustrators, CGI artists, editors, animators, technologists, art directors, and writers. I work closely with strategy and account management to bring world-class experiences and advertising, utilizing proven design and branding methods. I've Implemented DCE (Design Center of Excellence) a defined processes to mentor and keep employees focused on making good work, great work.

Manage, hire, and direct a team of 20 creatives, including an award-winning design team featured in Communication Arts Design Annual 2016, ‘17 & ‘18. In 2018 shortlisted at Cannes, awarded one silver and two bronze at the 2018 London International Awards in design.

I provided strategic art direction, award-winning design, and branding for Fortune 500 companies while managing designers and aiding creative directors in the creation of advertising for a wide range of clients including, Novartis, Boston Police Department, Dunkin’ Donuts, Merrill Lynch, Chili’s, Liberty Mutual, The Salvation Army, MLB Merrell Shoes, and Bank of America.Led design for new business team, aiding in the creation of presentation material, campaigns,and environmental design, which assisted in winning new clients and retaining existing ones.I built a department of earning and experimentation that led to creating an AR project utilizing Unity, character illustration, CGI, and motion design to create an AR interactive book produced entirely in-house for Liberty Mutual Insurance.

I designed, and art directed for many of Arnold’s brands with traditional advertising, experiential, web, branded promotions, identity systems, and illustration for clients including Jack Daniels, SOCO, Chambord, Truth, Progressive, Radio Shack, Tyson, and Houlihan’s. I worked closely with R&D to bring innovative concepts and technology to clients. I managed the Arnold brand in the creation of brand pillar graphics, motion design, and a custom designed neon sign reading Great Work Works.

Strategic development and maintenance of multi-faceted advertising and marketing campaigns for several large local clients. Worked with creative team members in development of concept and design of advertising through many different media; including print, direct mail, packaging, multimedia and web, securing a place as the third largest agency in Las Vegas. Promoted to Associate Creative Director and The Merica Agency’s core management team after two years of generating revenue through the acquisition and maintenance of key clients. Worked with clients in such industries as communications, home development, casino, hospitality and tourism.

As an art director I work on an array of clients including, The Sahara Hotel Casino, The Las Vegas Hilton, Bally Gaming, and the Excalibur Hotel Casino. This is where I learned about teamwork and how to make great advertising by working with seasoned professionals.

The start of my career in 1992, it was an amazing time of learning marketing and graphic design in a fast paced in-house marketing environment. This was at the cusp of the digital age and I used the technology of the era to print full color posters when they had been screen printed or hand painted. I managed and designed signage for the Circus Circus Hotel/Casino and created graphics for signage, art directed photography, created promotional CRM and advertising for the hotel.
