About James Adams

I am a believer in people, and the wonderful things we can achieve separately and together.I am fascinated by the human condition and engage with all manner of books, podcasts and other content about philosophy, human performance and team dynamics.As a commercially astute people and talent leader practicing at CIPD level 7, I work with senior teams to crystalise strategic goals, then devise innovative approaches to integrate these into the holistic employee experience.My remit includes all aspects of talent, HR, culture and organisational success. I am interested in roles that allow for both strategic thought and operational delivery and thrive in autonomous roles where we can measure impact.Personally, I have a 6-year old daughter and a 56-year old shitzu (dog-years). I am a student of the sweet science as well as an avid theatregoer. I keep my mind on an even keel through circuit classes, sparring and going for trail runs near the seaside where I live.
