Provides statewide administrative direction, oversight, and support for the delivery and implementation of approximately $150 million biennially for statewide grant programs. Responsibilities include establishing program goals and objectives, providing grant program training and guidance, coordinating multiple program activities to ensure efficient and effective administration, program communications, and evaluating policies and procedures.

Managed a Lead Hazard Reduction Grant through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, in collaboration with the City of Rochester and other partners to reduce lead in housing. Executed all administrative functions related to the grant including goal setting, writing federal reports and managing a three million dollar program budget.Served as COVID-19 Seroprevalence Contracts Manager, July 2020 - May 2022 under Executive Order 20-01

Supported a ten million dollar portfolio of 24 grantees. Led the planning, management and implementation of family home visiting state and federal grants to local entities to support the healthy development, self-sufficiency and safety of families with infants and young children through largely evidence-based family home visiting services.

Supported a seven million dollar portfolio of seven state and federally funded program grantees dedicated to improving economic opportunity, educational achievement and environmental protection through national service. Responsible for technical assistance to grantees; program management and monitoring systems to ensure AmeriCorps and Volunteer Generation Fund grantees delivered effective programs, accomplished objectives and maintained compliance.

Managed the planning, implementation and evaluation process for all volunteer engagement programs and projects for more than 3,000 volunteers throughout the Upper Midwest. Ensured accurate volunteer data management and consistent implementation of policies and risk management practices. Supervised staff responsible for coordinating, training and recognizing chapter-wide volunteers.

Coordinated the implementation of three state and federally grant funded AmeriCorps programs supporting more than 60 members and 35 partner or sub-recipient sites annually including the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources. Member projects represented diverse initiatives in environmental education, and land and water conservation activities on public lands.

Coordinated recruitment efforts and placed more than 400 youth and young adult conservation job-training service positions annually throughout Minnesota and Iowa. Created recruitment and outreach design collateral. Enhanced social media engagement.
