Served as the in-house behavioral science expert, helping to create and run the world’s first museum and research lab dedicated to behavioral science. I translated complex concepts into engaging, accessible content for general, non-technical audiences to communicate the value of behavioral science and generate public interest in research. In my time, we had over 10,000 visitors and 5,000 study sessions (a 48% visitor-to-research participant conversion rate).

Led multiple long-term research projects utilizing diverse experimental methods (e.g., RCT, A/B testing, survey) to yield insights into human decision-making. I supervised a team of 6-8 RAs and 4 Master’s students in conducting 40 studies involving over 12,000 participants and large datasets (e.g., 10 million datapoints). I used R for data analysis (e.g., reliability, validation, linear/logistic regression, multilevel/mixed models) and communicated findings to various stakeholders across 4 publications and 16 oral presentations.

Collaborated with a cross-functional design team to prototype and develop 32 hands-on workshops that combine improvisation and behavioral science to teach work-relevant interpersonal skills to diverse audiences (e.g., executives, MBA students, undergraduates). I evaluated program outcomes using both qualitative (interviews, focus groups) and quantitative (survey) measures.

I independently designed and implemented 60+ novel experiments on ethical judgment and decision-making, resulting in 14 peer-reviewed publications, 25 conference presentations, and a competitive 3-year $138,000 grant from the National Science Foundation. I wrote custom code (MATLAB, Javascript, R) and managed a team of 2-4 research assistants in the execution of in-lab, online, and fMRI experiments.
